Amanda & Nick’s Rustic Fall Garden Wedding | November 8
“Lots of friends and family that talk about how stressful their wedding planning and day was. I never experienced that. CJ’s Off the Square made everything so easy!” – Amanda
Amanda + Nick’s Burgundy and Blush Rustic Garden Wedding
Sometimes you meet the love of your life well before you know they’re just that. Amanda & Nick met through Amanda’s cousin in high school. They stayed friends through their long distance relationship and eventually, romance bloomed. 11 years, they said “I do” to forever on a beautiful fall day in November in the garden at CJ’s Off the Square.
Amanda & Nick worked with Allison Adams on our planning team to create a romantic, rustic celebration that reflected the season. Amanda brought shades of burgundy and blush into each detail including a charming sweetheart table as the focal point of the reception in our outdoor pavilion. “We couldn’t be happier with every little detail,” recalls Amanda. “It was more than we could have ever imagined.”
The Rustic Romance Wedding Details
Burgundy and blush accented by rustic dark wood details and touches of lace made for a romantic and rustic wedding feel. Talk about a dreamy fall wedding! Her gown had just a hint of blush that was so pretty. We also loved the leaf detail in the lace on her gown from David’s Bridal.
Amanda recalls getting ready before the wedding, “The bridal suite was perfect for getting ready with my family. So intimate and we loved our toast of champagne to get the day started.”
The Fall Garden Wedding Portraits
“Make your wedding day about you and your husband. Don’t let anyone try to influence your day.” – Amanda, bride
The Outdoor Ceremony
“Not having bridesmaids and groomsmen was the best decision we made. No one had their feelings hurt and no drama!” – Amanda, bride
At CJ’s Off the Square, our primary focus is always on our couples and their priorities. It was important to Amanda and Nick to keep things intimate and about them. And we love that! While our team focuses on all the details, they can focus on what is most important to them.
Planning a fall wedding in Tennessee can sometimes mean chilly temperatures, and having a weather plan is always a must. Just like many of Amanda and Nick’s guests who travelled from the warm and sunny state of Florida to celebrate with them, be sure to communicate with your guests who may be travelling from out-of-town about possible cooler temperatures so they can dress and plan accordingly. The best part? Knowing our built-in weather walls in the covered pavilion and free-standing heaters are included in every wedding package. One less thing to worry about!
The Reception
When asked what last piece of advice she would offer others planning their wedding, Amanda shared, “Do the open bar! We had so many guests tell us how great our open bar was.”
And one of the great things about the wedding packages at CJ’s Off the Square is that full bar service is included. You supply the alcohol, we’ll take care of everything else. We even give you a shopping list so you know exactly what to get for your guest list. This is a HUGE cost savings for sure! No hidden bar or service fees.
