November 1  | CJ’s Off the Square | Franklin, Tennessee

When Addison and Caleb pictured their wedding day, a big, over-the-top production wasn’t what they had in mind. They wanted to celebrate with the people closest to them, honor what mattered to their families, and still feel like themselves. As two busy healthcare professionals who met while working in the ICU at Vanderbilt, they had plenty going on outside wedding planning, too.

That’s exactly the kind of celebration our all-inclusive wedding experience is designed to make possible: a personal vision, a thoughtful plan, and an experienced team to bring it all together.

Listening First: A Wedding That Felt Intimate and Meaningful

At our first planning meeting, Addison and Caleb told us they’d originally considered eloping. Bringing family and friends together ultimately won out, but they still wanted their wedding to feel warm and intimate rather than overwhelming. For Addison, having everyone she loved in one place was the priority. Caleb especially looked forward to the ceremony and dancing together afterward.

Our role began with listening. We learned what mattered most, what they wanted to avoid, and how they hoped the day would feel. With those priorities in mind, our planning team guided their choices and coordinated the details, allowing the celebration to grow without losing the personal atmosphere they wanted.

Turning Their Vision Into a Timeless Garden Wedding

Addison loved classic Southern style, lush greenery, crystal chandeliers, and lots of candlelight. She also knew what wasn’t for them: anything overly trendy or rustic. Together, we shaped a design around black, ivory, and rich green, with just enough gold to add warmth.

For the garden ceremony, Petite Petal designed white floral arrangements with roses, hydrangeas, baby’s breath, and cascading green amaranthus. Addison carried a striking bouquet of white calla lilies tied with black ribbon, while black ceremony chairs gave the garden a polished, black-tie look.

For the reception, we paired ivory linens with fern-green velvet napkins, botanical-patterned Liana dinner plates, Austin gold flatware, and gold-rimmed glassware. In the pavilion, draping, five crystal chandeliers, and warm candlelight transformed the space for dinner and dancing. These choices felt elevated without being excessive, each one building on the couple’s original vision.

Our Team Took Care of the Details So They Could Enjoy the Day

On November 1, 2025, Addison and Caleb celebrated with 125 guests at our Franklin garden wedding venue, just south of Nashville. The ceremony unfolded in the garden, with reception spaces thoughtfully coordinated throughout the property.

Behind the scenes, our team prepared the spaces, coordinated the vendor team, managed the schedule, and handled the flow from ceremony to reception. Beyond Details took care of catering, Baked in Nashville created a custom three-tier cake with the couple’s initials, and Premier provided the entertainment.

For Addison and Caleb, the goal wasn’t simply a beautiful room. It was the freedom to be present, celebrate their marriage, and make memories with family and friends while someone else managed the moving pieces. We’re so glad Addison’s review reflects that experience.

Is an all-inclusive wedding venue a good fit for busy professionals?

It can be an especially good fit for couples with demanding schedules. At CJ’s Off the Square, we bring planning, design guidance, vendor coordination, setup, and wedding-day management together in one coordinated experience, reducing the number of separate details couples need to manage.

Can a wedding with 125 guests still feel intimate?

Absolutely. Intimacy isn’t only about guest count. Addison and Caleb’s celebration brought 125 loved ones together in the garden and pavilion, with a thoughtful layout and personal details that helped the day feel welcoming and connected.

What does the CJ’s Off the Square team handle on the wedding day?

Our team coordinates participating vendors, manages the timeline, oversees setup and transitions, and helps the ceremony and reception run smoothly. Couples can focus on their guests and each other, instead of handling the logistics themselves.
