Baked in Nashville is the official bakery of CJ’s Off the Square. Tiffany Riches and her team of bakers and decorators create an incredible array of gorgeous goodies from custom cookies, pies, macarons and, of course, wedding cakes!
Your wedding package includes a three tiered wedding cake with your choice of one or two cake flavors with a buttercream finish.
Our Wedding Cakes inspiration board on Pinterest will give you a great place to start gathering ideas. Feel free to pin any other inspiration photos as they will be a huge help when it comes time to design your cake with our baker.
There are endless ways to decorate your wedding cake with buttercream. If the cake design you love requires a fondant finish, sugar flowers, metallic details or detailed piping, Baked in Nashville will provide you with a quote for the additional cost to upgrade your design.
Cake decoration can be very simple or extremely complex and we love it all! And if you don’t want to splurge on your cake, no problem. Our bakers will help you create a design within your package as close to your dream design as your budget allows.

When it comes to food and beverage planning, we’ve found that finalizing your menu first, then your cake, creates the smoothest experience.
The ideal time to order your wedding cake is shortly after your menu tasting. We will arrange for you to pick up cake samples at your menu tasting to enjoy at home. All you have to do is think about cake flavors at this point.
Once your menu is finalized, your planner will introduce you to our baker to schedule a design consultation, where you’ll finalize both the look and flavor of your cake.
