This is a brief welcome from me and a description of our signature service. Sidney and Leah suggest that I make it more obvious that all guests get the same thing (2 proteins, 2 sides) to differentiate from what is more common for a seated dinner …which is that the guest will indicate the entree preference on the RSVP.

Sidney and Leah also want to include a section that explains how our tasting events work. Other than guest choice of entree, this is the most commonly asked question about the menu/catering process. So this section can talk through that.
Bar service is included in your package. However you supply the alcohol. Download this helpful bar shopping guide to give you a general idea of how much beer, wine and spirits you may need to provide based on your estimated guest list.
Our catering manager will discuss bar service options with you depending on what you plan to serve. You will then finalize everything with your planner at your Final Walk-Through Meeting.
