Here are some tips to make the most of your online appointment.
You should get an email with the date and time of your virtual tour. If something comes up and you need to change your appointment, please use the link in that email to reschedule or cancel if that is necessary.
We use Google Meet for all of our virtual meetings — no software download is required.
You’ll receive an email from one of our event planners with a link to join.
You can join from any device, but for the best experience, we recommend using a laptop or desktop computer.
Our video chat typically lasts about 15–20 minutes, but we reserve up to 30 minutes to ensure you have plenty of time to ask questions and get the information you need.
If any technical difficulties come up, don’t worry — we’ll simply give you a call to continue the conversation by phone.
